Spacers are woven or knitted fabrics that have been given a third dimension. Because of the many possible design options, they are suitable for a variety of uses, for example as a foam substitute, for the reinforcement of sandwich constructions, as insulation or as filter media – the possibilities are immense.
This type of monofilaments are mainly used as pile threads (spacers). With definable properties, they can give the spacer the desired stability whilst retaining permanent bending elasticity.
Our monofilaments are used in the manufacture of premium seat belts. They guarantee the best product quality and thus high production efficiency.

Stable hot-setting: Adopts two times hot-setting technology, stable shape, no shrinkage and deformation under high tempreature environment. Compared with one time hot-setting, its stability is much better.
Flat joints:Three kind of joints: self-ring, millet-ring, double-pins. joints thickness is same, no roller skipping. joints is flat and no mesh marks, no deviation, no wire hanging.
Long lifetime: Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, high tempreature below 180℃-resistant
