Polyester monofilament is widely used for technical applications from different fields, eg. braided on sanitary draw hose, cold and hot water hose braiding, filter net, clothing belt, fishing nets, textile sleeve, curtain and carpet.Thanks to its particutar characteristics of low or even no humidity absorption that gives to it a very good dimensional stability, resistance to low and high temperatures, and a good abrasion resistance.

Sidike polyester monofilament yarn can be used for synthetic filter media fabrics such filter belts fabrics, linear screen polyester mesh belt, synthetic spiral fabrics, paper machine clothing, woven filter cloth fabrics for filter press, etc. which widely used in dewatering, pressing, forming, drying, filtering & separating, screening, conveying, etc.
- Durable wear:Uniform air permeability, uniform warp and weft density; uniform thickness of the product non-woven fabric; good flexibility, high tensile strength, and strong anti-wrinkle ability.
- Clean and smooth: the surface without burrs and broken wires, smooth fibers, good adhesion, which is conducive to the cleaning of the pulp block; the produced non-woven fabric is smooth, no hanging wires, no joint marks.
- Advanced technology: warp and weft weaving technology is advanced , the density is uniform, the force is good, no arching, no deformation.
- Heat setting stable: there are no quality problems of rufflues, belt mouths, loose and tight at the same time, and the belt will not be turned during production.
